Innovative Partnerships Group (IPG360) is looking for an Account Coordinator to join a fast-growing consulting agency operating at the intersection of sports, entertainment, technology, real estate, healthcare, and more. 

This individual, while being a key player in the internal business development process, will also be involved in client-facing work on a daily basis. The right candidate is able to identify goals/priorities and effectively manage against timelines. With a collaborative and proactive approach, this individual will be integral in working across team functions to support the business develop process and deal execution. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with our firm and is a quick to raise a hand to help out where needed and try new things!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships across assigned accounts, both internally and externally
  • Work alongside the Sr. Account Manager across persitgous accounts in IPG’s portfolio
  • Manage day-to-day client activities (internal & external) including organizational detail, project plans, weekly agendas and calendar coordination
  • Support in the development of pitch materials/presentations and business development interests 
  • Timely delivery and tracking of client requests and prioritization of key client actions
  • Effective and ongoing communication of clients needs to internal team members, ensuring timely performance on deliverables
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Support Sr Account Manager on select partnership activation projects, leading day-to-day communication and execution on behalf of brands and their sports partnership portfolio across NFL, NBA and NHL properties
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify new leads, areas of opportunity and outreach approaches in order to reach prospective clients
  • Service multiple clients concurrently meeting deadlines
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2-3 years of client facing, preferably account or project management, experience 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail 
  • Professional demeanor
  • Proactive learner with an eagerness to dive in and try new things in an entrepreneurial setting
