Business Development Leadership Program

Job Description



We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals that possess at minimum a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University. This opportunity will be a One (1) Year program for recent graduates focused on the development and maturation of skills and needed qualities required to formally step into the Consultative Business Development role. This chosen employee will work hand in hand with C-level executives gaining a multitude of experience and exposure to all meetings and business ventures while having the opportunity to begin building a Rolodex with key industry decision-makers.



This program is extremely selective and will require multiple rounds of interviews ending with a presentation on a topic chosen by the executive team. At least three (3) recommendation letters will also be required.

Job Duties

Support the Consultative Business Development team in delivering against the needs of the business

Research and prepare tools needed to respond to internal and external research requirements

Work closely with Business Development Executives to provide ideas and information when needed to existing and new projects

Manage execution of research programs including providing detailed and informative leads, assist in communication for existing clients, budget management for executive team

Support development of CBD Team ensuring they have the resources to continually optimize time & efficiency

Assist with client communications, in particular around weekly & monthly status updates, scheduling calls and events and externally facing documents being sent to upper level management

This leadership program will provide an exposure to every facet of the business and at times will be asked to work on multiple projects in various divisions

Provide sales and lead generation support to the CEO and Consultative Business Development studio including outreach/prospecting and coordinating calls/meetings

Maintain & handle Consultative Business Development scheduling – thinking proactively about how the team can better service internal business / external client needs

Manage CRM/Salesforce, weekly updates

Communicate with the C-level executives across various industries and countries working to uncover new relationships

Assist with office management and administration

Stay abreast with related news and events and share regularly updates with the CEO and Consultative Business Development studio

Assist in valuation write-up and proprietary valuation reports

Other duties as needed that allow for comprehensive learning experience

Required Skills

Bachelor Degree is required

Internet/Technology savvy

High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Ability to work with all levels of management

Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills

Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy

Demonstrated leadership abilities and skills

Detail-oriented and proactive

Strong written and oral communication skills

Professional demeanor
