Innovative Partnerships Group (IPG360) is looking for a Director of Corporate Partnerships, Healthcare to join our fast-growing organization.
The Director of Corporate Partnerships for IPG Health will co-develop and manage robust corporate partnership programs that revolve around the sponsorship opportunities, business objectives, and/or fundraising priorities of Innovative Partnerships Group healthcare clients. You will engage corporations on behalf of these clients and build custom partnership packages to support a wide array of initiatives
The position will report to IPG’s Managing Partner & Head of Healthcare. The position requires both an entrepreneurial spirit and strong account/project management skills. The position also requires the ability to coordinate with IPG team members across the organization (Business Development, Valuation/Analytics, Creative Solutions, IP/Asset creation) as well as with diverse client teams.
IPG is a full-service consulting, valuation, and creative agency dedicated to changing the way premiere brands and properties come together to execute long-term business partnerships.
IPG Health was established to provide the healthcare industry with access to corporate partnership revenue models historically available only within the sports and entertainment world. Innovative Partnerships Group leverages its global relationships to bring new commercial revenue to organizations throughout the healthcare ecosystem via the development of innovative partnerships (naming rights, founding partners, sponsorships, B2B partnerships, innovation center partners, sponsored research, IP co-development, etc.).

5+ years of healthcare corporate partnership development and/or sales experience
Demonstrated success in corporate partnership development, sales, cause marketing and program development. Excellent project management, writing, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in managing complex programs and multiple demands. Proven ability to make decisions, work independently and as a team player. Proven track record in mentoring others and building cohesive teams. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
