Our Marketing & Communications Manager will manage the daily operations of our company’s outward-facing communications, including our social media, website, thought leadership and PR efforts - as well as inward-facing company messaging. They will work closely with our Division leads to help create content that will build our image in the public eye.
They will conceptualize, pitch, and ultimately execute content and social media with the help of our Creative Studio. As they continue to manage our accounts, they will track our social media and website statistics and help strategize consistent growth over time. They will also track our partners’ social media accounts, websites, and press releases in order to discover engagement opportunities. They will write content, create visuals, and report monthly progress on all accounts.
They will also aid in the production of new content for our website and blog. This will involve researching and pitching ideas for new content and coordinating internal videos, blog posts, and case studies that our creative team will then help build out visually. They will also be responsible for helping edit drafts of these pieces and provide feedback about how to remain consistent in our image. They will also help us build our website’s SEO.
Finally, this role will always be looking for new opportunities for our company to engage with the community and communicate our expertise. This role will find opportunities for event appearances, podcast interviews, and speaking engagements for our leadership team.
As an integral part of the Innovative Partnerships Group team, our Marketing & Communications Manager will enjoy a great deal of independence and accountability, while working in collaboration with and having access to team members who will provide immediate advice and guidance.
