Jeff Marks is a sports business executive with over twenty years of experience working with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies, sports teams, leagues, venues, governments, universities, franchise owners and investors. Marks currently serves as Founder and Chief Executive of IPG360 (Innovative Partnerships Group) which is a leading business development company that drives long-term revenue for prestige properties with a focus on sports and entertainment.
Marks has been credited with negotiating the largest naming rights agreement of 2016, the Johnson Controls Hall of Fame Village, which turned out to be one of the most recognized sports deals of the year and a catalyst for changing how naming rights and commercial partnership deals are executed in the sports industry and beyond.
Marks has worked on over a hundred plus business partnerships over his career and a few notable partnerships include: Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Globe Life Park in Arlington, TD Place in Ottawa, Kabam Field at California Memorial Stadium and O.co Coliseum and Tim Horton’s Field. Marks also executed one of the largest jersey naming rights deal in MLS history with the Atlanta United and American Family Insurance.
Jeff Marks is also credited for developing the sports industry’s leading valuation tool which is an analytical sales model for identifying, creating and valuing sponsorships and naming rights.
Marks is a frequent industry speaker on revenue related topics in the Sports Industry including NFL league meetings, Sports Business Journal and other industry organizations. Marks is an adjunct faculty member at University of San Francisco’s Sports Management Program and teaches “New Business Models in the Sports Industry.” He frequently provides sports business insight to leading national media outlets, and has also published industry studies on sports business trends and best practices.
Prior to IPG360, Jeff served as president of Premier Ventures which specializes in sports investment and advisory for owners seeking to build shareholder value around sports franchises, emerging properties and related businesses. Jeff was concurrently Managing Director of Premier Partnerships where he executed some of the top sports commercial business transactions in the country over the last decade. Marks was also Founding Partner and Managing Director of Sports Business Ventures (SBV), a sports investment and advisory firm.
Marks currently serves on the LA Sports Council Board as well as the Cedars Sinai Medical Center Sports Spectacular Committee. Jeff is also involved with his alma mater, the University of California Berkeley on the Revenue Generating Board and the Berkeley Athletics Southern California Committee. Jeff is a member of YPO and former chairman of the Golden West Chapter. Marks is also a past chair of the Jewish Sports Hall of Fame.
Marks earned a bachelor’s degree in International Economics with a minor in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, and his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Richard H. Klein is responsible for the overall financial activities, capitalization strategies, risk management and financial reporting for the IRG group of companies. He also provides leadership and coordination of the administrative, strategic planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.
Mr. Klein is a CPA and has worked in real estate for more than 30 years. He is a highly regarded financial advisor, business strategist and thought leader possessing significant hands-on operational and entrepreneurial experience.
Mr. Klein began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers providing audit and tax services to a wide variety of companies and industries. After discovering his passion for real estate, he joined Kenneth Leventhal & Company, a national accounting and consulting firm, further developing his expertise in real estate and ultimately leading the firm’s REIT advisory and workout and restructuring practices. After the firm’s merger with Ernst & Young, Mr. Klein continued to provide senior level advisory services to numerous Fortune 100 corporations, leading real estate development organizations, financial institutions and government agencies. Subsequently, Mr. Klein was involved with several organizations, including three start-up companies, performing a variety of roles including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President.
Since 2003, Mr. Klein has also served on the Board of Directors of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (NYSE: ARE), an $11 billion publicly traded REIT. Mr. Klein is chairman of ARE’s audit and compensation committees, a member of the nominating and governance committee and oversees the firm’s venture capital arm with invested capital in excess of $280 million.
Mr. Klein has been involved with several philanthropic and religious organizations and currently has leadership roles with local chapters of the Boy Scouts of America and Sons of American Legion.
Mr. Klein received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting & finance from the University of Southern California and lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife and two children.
Dave is a veteran in the creative space with expertise across all areas of creative, from print to digital, to branding and video.
For 18 years, Dave was a partner at the Chicago boutique agency Core Twelve where he was the lead creative on the Mercedes-Benz account and also worked closely with such brands as Nike, Smart Car, the Atlanta Falcons, Sears and the World Trade Center.
Prior to Core Twelve, Dave was a Senior Art Director at BrannBlau (Currently Havas Chicago) where he worked on the Sears account.
At IPG360, Dave heads up the Creative Solutions team and approaches all projects with the same intrigue and desire to solve problems and generate revenue through smart concepts and sensible design.
Originally from Detroit, Dave holds a degree in Advertising from Michigan State University.
Matt Wiener is a seasoned sports & entertainment executive with 10+ years of industry experience representing prestige properties, brands, and teams across business development, consulting, naming rights, sponsorship, and commercial strategy. Mr. Wiener currently is Vice President, Business Development and Consulting for Innovative Partnerships Group (IPG360) where he oversees the Business Development Studio, spending his day connecting IPG360’s portfolio of properties with global brands to drive long-term, business partnerships.
Mr. Wiener joined IPG360 from Wasserman Media Group, where he was Director of Business Development and Partnership Sales, overseeing commercial strategy and partnership sales on key accounts including Virgin Sport, Collins Cup, Bay to Breakers, Slipstream Sports, BottleRock, Motivate, Bay Area Bike Share, USA Cycling, Electric Run and Motiv Sports. Mr. Wiener negotiated over 100 partnerships during his tenure at Wasserman including several six & seven-figure long-term deals, while building a reputation for his creativity in deal making and delivering win-win-win agreements. His diverse deal-making and strategic approach to partnerships provides a great foundation that allows him to execute complex partnerships that are mutually beneficial for property & brand.
Prior to Wasserman, Mr. Wiener was a Senior Account Executive for the San Diego Padres where he started in Inside Sales and quickly worked his way up through the organization, holding the top sales position in the front office every year during his tenure in MLB.
Mr. Wiener is originally from Los Altos, California, and moved to Southern California where he graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in International Economics with minors in both Global Studies & Spanish. He is a passionate endurance athlete.

Sean Moran is the Director of Valuation & Analytics at Innovative Partnerships Group. Having entered the company as a Senior Consultant in the Valuation & Analytics division, Sean helped lead a plethora of projects during the year ranging from Stadium and Jersey Naming rights valuations for professional teams in MLB and MLS while leading the creation of our industry leading Property Reports.
Sean is also working to help brands and properties understand the potential long-term profitability and return on investment from sponsorships.
Prior to arriving at IPG360, Sean worked in both the Washington D.C. and Chicago KPMG offices ending his tenure as a Senior Manager in the firms audit practice while helping to manage some of the office’s largest accounts.
In 2017, Sean obtained his MBA at USC Marshall while working with LA28 on the Los Angeles Summer Olympic bid proposal as well as in a Research & Insights capacity at Wasserman.
Sean is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, where he obtained his degree in Business Administration. He also possesses a Master of Accounting degree from Kenan-Flagler at the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill.

Elena Haimson leads administrative and operational efforts at IPG360, with functions including executive administration, business development support, and human resources coordination. Elena transitioned into the sports and entertainment industry in 2017, bringing with her over five years of experience supporting top executives and management teams within dynamic organizations, including in consumer beverages, the non-profit sector, and media & advertising.
Elena has attended the Brooklyn College of the City University of New York and Kuban State Agrarian University and holds a combined Bachelor and Master of Science in Law. She is a native of Russia and has recently moved to Los Angeles from New York City where she began her career in executive support and business administration. Her hobbies include traveling, skiing & snowboarding, and yoga.

Alexander is a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience in the sports, entertainment and marketing analytics industries and is the Director of Brand Valuation at IPG360 where he helps to lead the Valuation and Analytics studio.
Previously, Alexander worked for Neustar/MarketShare where he was a Senior Manager of Strategy, leading client engagements in both the LA and London offices. In this capacity, he partnered with C-level executives at places like Nike, Uber, HSBC, Audi, TaylorMade and Nordstrom to helped design data-driven marketing strategies through the use of media mix (MMM) and multi touch attribution (MTA) models.
Prior to Neustar/MarketShare he worked in brand marketing at Warner Bros. and in a variety of roles in the sports industry – PR at the Dodgers, Athlete Marketing at Wasserman and Sales/Business Development at the Dodgers and Anaheim Ducks.
Alexander grew up in Southern California and holds dual degrees from UCLA – an MBA from the Anderson School of Management as well as a BA in Economics.

Ian Shapiro has an extensive track record assisting companies at the intersection of sports and real estate in long-term strategy development, financial profitability modeling, and operational effectiveness. With over 7 years of career growth, at the core of Ian’s expertise is designing solutions for firms and clients where his business acumen is leveraged through research, economic studies, and property development.
Currently the Director for Valuation and Analytics at IPG 360, Ian is working with developers and marketing scientists to build a new technology platform that measures the long-term profitability from a sponsorship between a global brand and prestige property. Ian is also furthering his real estate mastery by tailoring the development of this leading technology for the use of real estate developers.
Previously, Ian worked for ROSSETTI, where he focused a majority of his time creating financial models to subsequently present the impact of new sports-anchored developments to cities, municipalities and other governing bodies. He was also a part of the Return on Design team at ROSSETTI, which focused on assisting properties to achieve the highest ROI on their capital improvements. Ian was an integral member of the ROSETTI team during the highest grossing years in the firm’s 50-year history.
Ian holds an MBA in Finance from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Joey Mahalic is a multidimensional sports industry professional that leverages his unique background to create authentic, long-term partnerships and developments.
Mahalic joined IPG360 from Stack Sports where he served as the Director of Business Affairs. In his role, he was responsible for overseeing all new and current business ventures across The Opening, Elite 11 and Area Code Baseball platforms including structuring and negotiating several six & seven figure partnerships both in sponsorships as well as media rights and production.
A two-time All-American and Oregon Player of The Year, Joey played professional baseball with the Cleveland Indians Organization. After finishing his baseball career, he went on to be a Division-1 football quarterback at the University of California, Berkeley. During his time at Cal, Joey became the first student-athlete to complete his entire UC degree in only three years from the Haas School of Business.
Dan Etna is a sports business professional with a specialty in partnership sales & activation. An innovative thinker who approaches the sales process from a consultative mindset, Dan has facilitated and developed multi-scale partnership programs with Fortune 500 brands across marquee properties throughout the sports and entertainment landscape.
Dan recently joined the IPG360 team after working as an Account Executive at the Leverage Agency in New York City. Prior to his time at Leverage, he worked for VaynerSports, focusing on business development and athlete marketing, and the New York Yankees, where he was a member of both the Premium Sales and Operations teams. He is a 2015 graduate of Villanova University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
José Montoya has gained his graphic design experience both in the United States and abroad. For seven years, José built his experience in Puerto Rico before beginning work in Los Angeles starting in 2017. José possesses a robust suite of design skills, executing creative from print to digital.
Previously, José worked for VRTC Agency, in Torrance, CA as an Art Director leading the design team. José worked closely with brands such as Honda Latin America and the Caribbean focusing the majority of his time creating marketing materials, brand campaigns and photo retouching.
At IPG360, Jose works closely with the head of Creative Solutions Division to develop creative to support all Business Development and Valuation efforts, as well as IPG360’s creative agency work.
Besides his artistic skills, José is also a veteran of the sports world having played professional soccer in the USL.

Stuart Lichter is the president and founder of Industrial Realty Group, LLC (IRG), owning more than 100 million square feet of commercial real estate in 28 states. The portfolio is one of the largest in the United States, which includes the former headquarters of Goodyear Tire & Rubber in Akron, OH; the former Weyerhaeuser campus near Seattle, WA; and multiple former General Motors plants and U.S. military bases throughout the country. Most often, he is drawn to older properties in the Rust Belt needing IRG’s expertise in renovation, repositioning and management, with a high density of sites in Ohio. Ohio Governor John Kasich has said publicly the concentration is larger the state’s own real estate holdings.
The nationwide portfolio represents virtually every area of real estate, including office buildings, industrial and warehouse buildings, shopping centers, business parks, hotels, mini-storage facilities, airfields and hangars, apartments, and mixed-use developments. By developing creative real estate strategies, Mr. Lichter has convinced many Fortune 500 companies to halt moving their headquarters out of country or state, thereby saving countless American jobs. After his purchase and redevelopment of McClellan Air force base (Sacramento, CA), an 8.5 million square foot and 3,000 acre site, the property became a thriving business park with more than 240 companies and employment for 14,000 individuals. Most recently, his company became master developer for the approximately $800 Million Pro Football Hall of Fame Village project in Canton, OH.
Mr. Lichter has attended Hunter College, Pace University and New York University School of Law. He has been featured on CNN and Fox News, as well as in The New York Times and Forbes Magazine.
John A. Mase is the Chief Executive Officer of IRG, a member of the Board of Directors and General Counsel. Mr. Mase has over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry as principal, developer, owner and attorney. Mr. Mase was instrumental in the initial formation of IRG and its growth over the past twenty five years. Mr. Mase previously served as outside General Counsel for IRG as a founding partner of Fainsbert Mase & Snyder, LLP, a Los Angeles business law firm formed in 1987. Mr. Mase is licensed by the State Bar of California as an attorney and is designated a Certified Tax Specialist by the State Bar of California. As a corporate and real estate attorney, Mr. Mase has handled virtually all aspects of real estate transactions totaling in the billions of dollars. Over the years Mr. Mase has lectured at the University of Southern California, Boston University School of Management, Golden Gate University, and for numerous trade and business organizations on a variety of topics on real estate, taxation and business issues. Mr. Mase is the co-author of “Real Property Exchanges” published by Regents of the University of California and Continuing Education of the Bar, Second Edition, and is one of the nation’s leading experts on tax deferred exchanges. Mr. Mase was voted as one of the Southern California Super Lawyers®, an honor bestowed upon only 5% of licensed practicing attorneys for professional achievement and peer recognition. Mr. Mase also received the highest recognition for legal abilities and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbard Legal Directory. Mr. Mase passed the CPA examination and previously worked for one of the former big five accounting firms. Mr. Mase has also served as a special consultant to NBC Channel 4 News. Jim Davis is an innovative marketer, digital pioneer, investor and seasoned operator with a 30+ year proven track record building consumer branded businesses. He has grown several high growth digital businesses, leveraged technology to scale new opportunities and developed several new innovations in ecommerce, digital technology and consumer marketing that generated significant outcomes.
Currently, Mr. Davis is a Managing Partner at RezVen and Cie Digital Labs strategically advising and investing in early stage digital businesses. He provides expertise in building teams, business development, fund raising, marketing, strategic planning and maximizing exit strategies.
Previously, Mr. Davis served as a senior executive as Vice President of Marketing and New Business for eBay during its early growth phase where he established several of the company’s largest business categories and led several of its major new business initiatives (e.g. eBay Motors, fashion, tickets, electronics, industrial b2b). In addition, Mr. Davis helped eBay expand beyond its core business model and accelerate its growth through new marketing initiatives. During his tenure, Mr. Davis launched five multi-hundred million dollar businesses for eBay, helped increase its customer base from 6 million to over 100 million registered users and grow total revenues from under $100 million to over $1.2 billion.
Prior to eBay, Mr. Davis was an early digital pioneer starting and selling three consumer digital businesses, to Hearst, another AOL and AT&T. Earlier in his career, Mr. Davis was a senior marketing executive with Pepsi USA, USA Networks and Combe, Inc.
Jon Vein is an entrepreneur, civic leader and philanthropist. Jon co-founded and served as the CEO of MarketShare, a leading cloud-based, big data marketing analytics and software company. With eight offices around the world, MarketShare had a significant impact on allocating over $200 billion in marketing investments for more than half of the Fortune 50 companies, as well as many other businesses around the globe. In one of the largest transactions involving a Los Angeles-based technology company, MarketShare was acquired in December of 2015 by Neustar, and in December of 2016, after the successful integration of MarketShare into Neustar, Mr. Vein moved on from the company to pursue other endeavors in the public and private sectors. In 2016 and 2017 Jon was recognized as one of the 500 Most Influential People in Los Angeles by The Los Angeles Business Journal, and he was a winner of the 2016 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Los Angeles.
Prior to MarketShare, Jon served as Chief Operating Officer of Michael Ovitz’s AMG (Artists Management Group) and APG (Artists Production Group), overseeing all divisions, including talent, literary, animation, sports, music, publishing, and feature film production. Jon engineered AMG’s sale to The Firm, which he joined as co-head of the M&A/Strategic Advisory Services Division.
Before joining AMG/APG, Jon was Chief Operating Officer of Film Roman, the premier independent animation production company in the United States, where they produced shows such as The Simpsons, King of the Hill, Family Guy, and numerous other award-winning shows. An Emmy Award winner, Jon produced many film and television productions, including King of the Hill, The Simpsons, and the acclaimed Swimming with Sharks. Jon started his entertainment career as a founding partner of noted entertainment law firm Dern & Vein. Jon represented a wide range of individuals and companies, with deals ranging from talent and corporate level agreements to intellectual property licensing and employment agreements.
Before attending law school, Jon utilized his engineering and computer science background as a practicing engineer on the space program at Hughes Electronics and Teledyne Relays.
Jon is a board member of the Young Presidents’ Organization Gold Los Angeles Chapter, as well as a former Chairman of the Golden West Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Jon serves as president of the board of the Los Angeles Convention Center and Tourism Development Department and the US Fund for UNICEF’s Southern California Region, as well as serving on the Board of Trustees for the California Science Center, and as a board member of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, California Cultural and Historic Endowment, the Los Angeles Coalition, the Los Angeles Police Foundation, the Center for American Progress, the University of Haifa, Big Sunday, Step Up On Second, the Long Range Planning Committee for Marymount University, the Advertising Research Foundation, the Hancock Park Homeowners’ Association and Los Angeles Television Channel 36. Jon is also a member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS). He served on the University of California’s Regents Selection Advisory Committee to the Governor of the State of California and sits on the Advisory Board for the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission. Jon also leads the Los Angeles Mayor’s Fund’s efforts to brand the City of Los Angeles and is a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy. Jon served on the National Finance Committee for the candidacy of Hillary Clinton for President in 2016, and he served as an early member of then-Senator Barack Obama’s finance committee for the 2008 election and the President’s National Finance Committee for his re-election. Jon served on the finance committee for Congresswoman Karen Bass’ election and as an early member of Eric Garcetti’s finance committee in support of his candidacy for Mayor of the City of Los Angeles. Jon holds a US Patent in the field of tissue engineering, as well as several other patents in marketing analytics. Jon graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.S. Double-majoring in Material Sciences & Engineering and Electrical Engineering-Computer Science with high honors and received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School. Jon is married to entertainment executive Ellen Goldsmith-Vein and has two children, Caroline and Jack.
