Job Description

Innovative Partnerships Group is looking for innovative thinkers to join our 2024 Internship Program. Candidates must have a business-minded approach with a versatile skill set, strong instincts, and a ‘get stuff done’ mindset. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with all Innovative Partnerships Group studios (Consultative Business Development, Valuation & Consulting, Creative Solutions, and IP & Asset Creation).

Our interns in the Partnership Solutions department will primarily be involved in client facing work on a daily basis. Majority of your time will be to learn from the best-in-class professionals on how to build relationships with clients, develop strategies, and effectively plan, manage, & execute projects. Additional time will be spent working with the Consultative Business Development team where you will focus on lead generation, prospect research, proposal development, and outbound sales efforts.

Job Duties

  • Provide support to partnerships solution team, including managing day-to-day client activities (internal & external) including organizational detail, project plans, weekly agendas, scheduling and leading in-person meetings, co-developing pitch materials/presentations and supporting business development interests across other key areas across each prestige account
  • Support internal needs including notetaking, new business proposals, partnership proposals, & strategic brainstorming sessions
  • Ensure that all client touch points are prepared for and professionally coordinated (pre-meeting preparation, meeting management, post-meeting communication/action plan, timeline management, and deliverables tracking)
  • Assist in managing CRM (Salesforce) and contact databases
  • Assist in maintaining and updating sales materials as needed
  • Market and industry research assistance
  • Other responsibilities as determined by supervisor
  • Sitting in on meetings with ability to learn

Required Skills

  • 3.0 GPA
  • Passion for sports and entertainment
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Sheets, Pages, & Keynote
  • Strong writing & research skills
  • Collaborative and professional work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
