Valuation & Consulting Internship (Los Angeles, CA)

Job Description

Innovative Partnerships Group is looking for an innovative thinker to join the Valuation & Consulting division at a fast-growing company at the intersection of sports, entertainment, business, and technology.

As a Valuation & Consulting Intern, you will be actively engaged in all aspects of our Valuation & Consulting process. You will work closely with Valuation & Consulting Studio and will be able to learn from the best-in-class professionals how to conduct valuation reports, develop asset libraries, build relationships with the client, develop strategies, and effectively execute projects. As an integral part of the Innovative Partnerships Group team, you will enjoy a great deal of independence and accountability, while working in collaboration with and having access to team members who will provide immediate advice and guidance.

With strong instincts and a “get stuff done” mindset, this candidate must have a business-minded and analytical approach with a versatile skill set. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with all Innovative Partnerships Group studios throughout the internship (Consultative Business Development, Valuation & Consulting, Creative Solutions, and IP & Asset Creation).

Job Duties

• Support client needs including valuation projects, new business proposals, partnership proposals, & strategic brainstorming sessions
• Assist in maintaining and updating sales materials as needed
• Market and industry research assistance
• Assist with proposal creation and peer review
• Maintaining naming rights & sponsorship databases 
• Join client calls/meetings to go through fact-finding process and/or gain insight on specific marketing objectives
• Business development support, including sales pipeline updates, profiling, meeting prep, & prospecting (as needed)

Required Skills

• 3.0 GPA
• Strong writing & analytical skills
• Well versed with Excel & Google Sheets
• Passion for sports and entertainment
• Other software skills (Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, Pages)
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail

Applicant Requirements

• Available to report to West Los Angeles office three times a week
• Available for a minimum of 25-30 hours per week
• Expected Graduation Date between August 2025 and May 2026
• Eligible to receive academic credit*
